How a question gets to a number
You type the question in the chat or dictate it. Askera looks through the reports trained on your ERP for the one that answers it, runs it on the database and shows you the full table. Above the table, the AI model writes a summary based on the numbers in it.
The database calculates the totals, over the full dataset. The model doesn't write numbers from memory. When there is no report for your question, Askera tells you so and suggests the closest reports.
What it does
Chat on your data
You ask in plain language, for example “top 10 customers by receivables”, and get a table you can filter, with a written summary based on the exact numbers. It works on your phone too, with voice dictation.
Business Intelligence
Reports as tables, charts, indicators and dashboards by department. You filter by column or in words, for example “only Continental, last month”, and export to Excel or Word.
Predictions
Forecasts for receipts, payments and demand, late-payment risk and margin anomalies. The models run automatically every night.
The Academy
An in-app help centre that explains to your team what the AI does, with interactive examples and a test at the end.
Access by department
Each person sees their department's reports: management, logistics, sales, fleet or finance. Permissions are granted and removed from the admin screens.
The right model for each person
For each user you choose which AI model answers them, from the fast and cheap one to the most capable. That keeps the cost under control without cutting off anyone's access.
Reports and alerts by email
The report scheduled for Monday morning goes out on its own on Monday morning. When a number steps out of its usual pattern, you get the alert the same day it happened.

There is no reporting tool to learn and no SQL to request from anyone. You type the question in plain language and get the table, the chart or the number.

Why you can trust the numbers
Read-only
Askera reads from the ERP and cannot change the database. Every query is checked before it runs.
It answers from what it has learned
Answers come from the modules trained on your ERP and from terms approved by a person. When it has no answer, it says so.
A person approves
Everything the AI proposes during training stays pending until a person approves it. The AI cannot approve its own proposals.
Reproducible predictions
The predictions module doesn't use generative AI when it runs. The same input data gives the same result, so it can be audited.

Frequently asked questions
Which ERP does it work with?
Any ERP that keeps its data in a relational database: PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server. Askera trains on the modules you use, for example transport, accounting or inventory, and reads the database read-only. For other systems we build the integration for you.
Is it safe for my data?
The ERP connection is read-only, the account uses two-step sign-in, and the log shows who ran what and when. Askera cannot delete or change data, and the data stays yours.
Are the predictions guaranteed?
No. They are the best estimate based on the patterns that repeat in your history, and the uncertainty band is shown on the chart. They help you see ahead; the decision stays yours.
Can I see it on my own data?
In the demo we show you the app running at a client, in demo mode, with partner names coded and values scaled. If you want to see what can be done on your ERP, we then talk about read-only access.
How much effort does it take from my team?
